Wait times

Annabelle and Claudia personally cut out and handmake every order in the UK. As it is just the two of us, we currently quote 6-8 weeks for every order however this may vary. If you are uncertain about order times, just get in touch with us.

If you need your order in a hurry for a competition or event, please add rush order to your order and this will move you to the top of our list. Do get in touch if you’re unsure about times though.

Shipping

We post all our UK orders with Royal Mail 48h tracked. If you are ordering from abroad, we will post it with a Royal Mail tracked service. If you do not see delivery options for the country you live in, get in touch and we will add it to our options.

Please note we cannot currently ship to Europe due to GSPR legislation but we are working on resolving this asap!

Returns/Exchanges

Please try on your order over your clothes to ensure it remains hygienic. We are happy to provide refunds or exchanges for every order as long as it is returned to us in its original condition within 6 weeks of purchase. Get in touch and we will pass you the address to post it to.

If there is a defect with it or something we have got wrong, we will pay for your return shipping.

Customs

If you are looking for something custom that you do not see on our page, get in touch and we will see if we can create magic together.

Sizing

Our sizing is not necessarily always in line with high street sizing as we make everything custom. We recommend selecting your top size based on bra cup sizing. If you are not already familiar with your Cloudy & Belle size, and you are not sure then drop us a message and we can help you out.

Discounts

We do periodically offer discounts, joining our mailing list and following our instagram is the quickest way to find out about these.
